Getting Started
ZenBriefr appears in the Ticket Sidebar of Zendesk Support / Agent Workspace.
Install
- Click Connect Now in the top nav and enter your Zendesk subdomain.
- Authorize the app when prompted (read ticket context, interact with the comment field).
- Open any ticket and locate the ZenBriefr panel in the sidebar.
Try it
- Select a Summary Type (Status, Handoff, Customer Response, Management Report).
- Click Generate Summary. Review the result.
- Use Insert to Comment (prefers Internal Note) or Copy to clipboard.
