Zendesk App Framework v2 Hosted App AI Summaries OCR & Previews

Getting Started

ZenBriefr appears in the Ticket Sidebar of Zendesk Support / Agent Workspace.

Install

  1. Click Connect Now in the top nav and enter your Zendesk subdomain.
  2. Authorize the app when prompted (read ticket context, interact with the comment field).
  3. Open any ticket and locate the ZenBriefr panel in the sidebar.

Try it

  1. Select a Summary Type (Status, Handoff, Customer Response, Management Report).
  2. Click Generate Summary. Review the result.
  3. Use Insert to Comment (prefers Internal Note) or Copy to clipboard.
