- Read ticket context and attachments metadata
- Insert text into the comment composer (internal note preferred)
Configuration
- Trial & Billing — Trial status is shown in‑app with upgrade prompts.
- Attachment Proxy — Proxied displayUrl is enabled by default for previews.
