We aim to avoid long‑term storage. Attachments are proxied for viewing; OCR results are kept in memory only and auto‑cleared.
The app prefers internal notes and attempts to set it; if Zendesk’s UI prevents forcing, we warn and guide the agent.
The backend is designed for OAuth‑based installs. Private hosting and enterprise setup are available on request.
PDFs and long videos may load slowly depending on size; images are optimized via the proxy. The gallery loads metadata first for speed.
