Access Your Zendesk Admin

Log into your Zendesk as an admin. Go to Admin Center → Apps and integrations → Marketplace.

Search for "ZenBriefr" in the marketplace search box, or use our direct link:

Install & Authorize

Click "Install" on the ZenBriefr page. You'll be asked to authorize the app to access your Zendesk data.

Start Using ZenBriefr

Open any ticket and look for the ZenBriefr panel in your sidebar. Click any attachment to view it instantly!

Troubleshooting

Common Installation Issues

I don't see ZenBriefr in the marketplace

Make sure you're searching in the "Support" category. Try the direct link above, or contact us if you still can't find it.

The install button is grayed out

You need admin permissions to install apps. Contact your Zendesk admin or ask them to install ZenBriefr for your team.

ZenBriefr doesn't appear in my ticket sidebar

Try refreshing the page after installation. If it's still not showing, check that the app is enabled in Admin → Manage → Ticket sidebar apps.
