Download & Upload App

Download our app package and upload it to your Zendesk admin panel. Takes about 1 minute.

After downloading:
1. Go to Zendesk Admin → Apps and integrations → Apps
2. Click "Upload private app"
3. Select ZenBriefr.zip
4. Install & enable the app

Connect (Automatic)

Open any ticket in Zendesk and the app will automatically prompt you to connect. One-click authorization!

What happens:
1. Open any ticket in Zendesk
2. ZenBriefr appears in the sidebar
3. Click "Connect Account" button
4. Authorize in popup → Done!
